Feeling tired every day?

Find it hard to get out of bed in the morning because you’re still tired?

Struggle to get through your day because your eyes, head and body feel heavy and tired?

Get to 3pm and your eyelids want to close?

Ask yourself – and please be honest:

  • Are you breathing enough?
  • Are you drinking enough water?
  • Are you smoking?
  • Do you drink alcohol? when? how much?
  • Do you drink coffee? What times of the day? How many?
  • Are you sleeping enough?
  • Are you always busy in your mind? Overthinking? Overanalysing?
  • Reacting emotionally?
  • Could your adrenals be exhausted from long term stress?
  • Are you going through peri-menopause or menopause?
  • Are you eating the right foods for your body and blood type?
  • Are you eating at the right intervals for you?
  • Do you need to start making lifestyle changes?
  • Are you self sabotaging?
  • Are you exercising too much or not enough?
  • Have you been pushing yourself for so long that your body has forgotten how to adapt

I may be able to help you discover your underlying contributing reason as to why, or what your body needs to help you get your energy back on track.  Or have a little fun and learn self-muscle testing and test through this list above.

There are so many things that could be contributing to these symptoms for you, and I’m sure I could write a book on just all the possibilities, however you’d get tired reading it.  What doesn’t take so long is the process of healing with the help of kinesiology.  Kinesiology is a highly efficient and effective modality that combines science and Chinese theory, to look at your body as a whole (mental and emotional aspects, physical, and biochemical and nutritional) to help identify the underlying contributing factors to your tiredness, so that you can have more energy and vitality again.

The Chinese yin yang symbol represents our energy, chi, life-force.  We achieve optimal energy through balance.  Kinesiology sessions are known as “balances” as it’s our job to help balance your body, energy, and emotions.

We are all energy beings, and it is this energy and vibration that holds all our cells together to make our physical form (our body).  Energy is meant to be infinite, and your body knows how to heal itself, however if it’s not then why not?  And this is exactly what kinesiology may help you to discover, so that you can then heal yourself.

Feeling tired after a healing session?

I am frequently asked “Why do I feel tired after a healing session?” The reason is this…

As you understand we are all energy beings, and various organs and tissues are affected by our mood, emotions, and feelings. This is a known fact. Whenever you are under any type of stress your body reacts to this, and this stress affects various body parts on the physical level. Furthermore as we work on releasing various emotions that are stored in our body, new layers open up for healing. This is not serious or scary, this is just part of a healing process.

Its the same things as when we gain weight. It can take us years and years to gain weight which is stored as fat in our body. When we start to lose weight, our body is the one that decides where it will burn the fat off from first. You might want to get rid of fat on your belly for example, but your body will decide that it wants to start burning fat on your legs, or it won’t even burn the fat at first, but will build muscle instead and then burn off the fat, providing that you follow a rigorous exercise program.

The same thing with kinesiology, or any type of emotional release work. We store our emotions in various organs or parts of a body. For example according to Chinese Medicine, the Liver is where we store Anger, Resentment, etc., Lungs is Grief, etc, etc., (also briefly explained in my blog How Kinesiology can help you).

So a certain emotional release such as you working through issues with your significant other, finally gives a release to your system. You relax, your body stops fighting emotionally with your own self and your consciousness allows your body to finally go and deal with other things that were stored while you were under stress with this person. So when you finally stop being under stress, your body starts to pay attention to other organs and other tissues that it was ignoring as it was fighting something that didn’t even need to be fought! By making you tired and lethargic it’s making you stop and allow healing to take place.

So if you find yourself feeling this way after doing some release work, don’t be discouraged, it simply means that you are on the right track, as healing takes time. And each time new layers open up for you to work with, until you finally release all of your old patterns and start weaving a new type of reality into your life.
